Donation Policy Update: Attic Treasures
Lydia Abbey- Bazaar 2021

With Bazaar 2021 approaching, donated “Attic Treasures” are still high on our list of requests. Because of limited amount of storage and display space available, we are making changes in our donation policy.
We will only be accepting items that are gently used, clean, rust free, no cracks or chips or discoloration, no missing parts and void of any unpleasant smells. They must be in working condition and marked as such. If the item requires batteries, please check it and mark it as working. We will be accepting donations in the Chapel on the back pew, right hand side, on Sundays after church, Sep. 19-21, and Oct. 3-5. We will also take donations in Lee Hall from Oct. 31 through Nov. 2nd, times to be provided.

We absolutely will not accept any bicycles, lamps, pictures, clothing or accessories, large pieces of furniture, vacuum cleaners, used pots and pans (unless they look like new), computers, computer monitors, telephones, electronics (including TVs and stereos), clear glassware including vases, VCR or cassette tapes, dated crafting books and patterns, hardback and paperback books printed before 2016.

Chancel Choir is looking for new members! We invite each and everyone to come join the choir. We meet on Wednesday evenings at 7:30. We offer the music for the 11:00 service and once a month for the 8:30 service. This year we will be presenting a Christmas Cantata, “Christmas Dreams,” by Martin and Sorensen and an Easter Cantata, “It Is Finished,” by Mary McDonald, each with a chamber orchestra of professional players. Our requirements are a full heart to praise our Lord God, match pitch, commit to attend rehearsal regularly, and be fully vaccinated. Come join a committed part of Vibrant Worship!!

Chancel Ringers
Chancel Ringers will begin rehearsals on Wednesday, September 15 at 6:15 pm. The bell choir presents music for both traditional services at least once a month. The bells are a beautiful vehicle of Vibrant Worship. Do you have an elementary knowledge of reading music and are fully vaccinated ? Then come join the Ringers! We have had two retirements and one move away. We are in need of replacing those players! Contact Cindie with questions. (740-244-3211) We hope to see you in rehearsal on the 15th!
