Campership Assistance

The NC United Methodist Camp & Retreat Ministries offers incredible outdoor camp experiences at 3 different locations: Camp Chestnut Ridge, Camp Don Lee, and Camp Rockfish. Click here to learn more about each camp. Many of our church kids have attended for years and have come away with cherished memories. Our own youth leader, Lilly, previously worked at Camp Don Lee.

Wesleyan Chapel partners with NCUM Camp and Retreat Ministries to provide financial assistance for kids who would like to attend camp. Click here to access the Campership scholarship application and instructions. Contact the church office for assistance.

Community Outreach

Volunteers are needed for a community outreach project to invite neighbors to Wesleyan Chapel who are moving into the areas surrounding the church as we continue with a “building boom” nearby.  Many hands make light work – will you join this effort?

Email (bill.pearson@comarkinc.com) or call the church office to sign up.

Our ministry items for the month of May are sturdy paper plates and prepackaged utensils for The Feast Gathering UMC. These items are used for the shared meals provided for free to those in our community who are experiencing poverty. You may place donated items in the wooden bins in the sanctuary and Lee Hall.
